Hilton New York Times Square Hotel

The staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay very enjoyable. They were quick to rectify any issues we had, such as room mix-ups, and were understanding when it came to clarifying additional charges. the location of the hotel is unbeatable, with easy access to Times Square and various subway stations nearby. having a small fridge in the room was convenient for storing snacks from the nearby Target store, helping us save money on food expenses. Overall, the room was comfortable, and the corrected bed we received was excellent.

One area that could be improved upon is the noise level in the rooms. It would be beneficial for the hotel to address noise complaints promptly to ensure a restful stay for guests.

The fact that the windows in the hotel open for fresh air was a delightful surprise and a rarity in today's hotels, making my stay even more pleasant.

The only thing I would wish for to enhance the vacation experience for seniors is more assistance with luggage from the staff.

The first stay staff helped with restaurant tips. Perfect fit with luggage storage, welcome drink, and 24-hour security. I always return for city trips. Amenities like 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, fitness center, and in-room breakfast keep me coming back.

I had a great time at this hotel that's smack dab in the heart of all the hustle and bustle of the city. The views from my room were out of this world, like seriously jaw-dropping. The 21st-floor lobby was sleek and modern—felt like I was on top of the world. I even managed to squeeze in a quick workout at the fitness center with killer views. Plus, being just a few minutes away from Times Square, I felt like a real New Yorker!

Our family experienced the best of NYC at this hotel, just a stone's throw from Broadway's dazzling shows, bustling nightlife, amazing eateries, and the city's top shopping and entertainment spots. The location was top-notch, making it a breeze to explore the vibrant city.

The hotel's location is superb, situated in the heart of the bustling city. It is conveniently close to all the major tourist spots, such as Broadway, Madison Square Gardens, and Rockefeller Tower. The rooms are comfortable and clean, offering a spacious and pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Breakfast options, although not extensive, are sufficient and include tasty dishes like the potato hash. The hotel also offers fantastic views from the top floor, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of the city.

The hotel charges for internet access, which can be seen as a downside for non-Hilton members.

The room is spacious, especially when it comes to New York. Quiet, with a nice view. The breakfast is copious, varied.

I was bored, everything was perfect.

The hotel is perfectly located for all the activities theater district has to offer and it is very close to Times Square. It is ideal if you want to be in the center of the busiest part of the city. Rooms have all the necessary amenities and are comfortable to stay in during your trip. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good with enough options to satisfy different tastes. The view from the higher floors is excellent, especially with the lights of the city at night.

The hotel elevator service can get slow during peak hours.

The hotel was in a perfect location in Midtown Manhattan, within walking distance of many attractions, and next to a subway stop. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Transportation was easy with cabs readily available and close to the subway. The staff was excellent and provided great service and made my stay enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was impeccably clean and the size was great with comfortable Queen beds. The view from the 30th floor overlooking Times Square and the Hudson River was absolutely breathtaking. It was a joy to wake up to such a stunning sight. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, especially on my wife's 40th birthday. They took note of my parcels from the UK and made them available whenever I needed them. They even surprised us with a complimentary present on her birthday. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of Times Square, making it convenient to visit all the attractions. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We stayed at Hilton Times Square for a week to celebrate my birthday. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the theater district and close to everything. Our room on the 42nd floor had an amazing view of the Empire State Building and the river. The complimentary breakfast vouchers were a nice surprise and the breakfast itself was delicious. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing us with a microwave within minutes of our request. an excellent stay.

We had a romantic escape and absolutely loved the view from our room. We were able to see the iconic landmark from the window, which was truly breathtaking. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of all the action. We were able to easily explore the city and visit all the attractions. Additionally, the amenities provided by the hotel were top-notch and added to the overall comfort of our stay.

We found the pillows to be too soft and woke up with neck aches most mornings. It would have been better if the hotel provided a variety of pillow options to cater to different preferences.

My friends and I had a blast at this hotel in the heart of Times Square! The rooms were huge, the beds were super comfy, and the views from the upper floors were lit! We were just steps away from all the Broadway shows and the best shopping spots in NYC. Plus, the hotel's location made it easy for us to hit the hottest clubs and restaurants in the city!

It would have been even better if there was a cool rooftop bar or a happening nightclub right in the hotel. That would have been epic for us teenagers looking to party all night in NYC!
